The 1GNITE Marketplace is an outlet for the world’s largest retailers to liquidate capital assets when stores remodel, relocate, or close. These assets are categorized and grouped into truckloads - although sometimes individual items will be available. Product conditions range from used, like-new, or even brand new.
Buyers may browse for items by Category, Price, & Location. Add items to your cart to purchase, make offers, and arrange shipping. The keyword-based search and filters make searching for specific items easy.
PURCHASING
All items are sold AS IS with all faults and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless stated otherwise in the terms. A buyer can purchase an item by adding it to their cart and checking out. There is also an ability to “Make Offer” if the buyer feels the price is negotiable or would like to combine multiple items and make an offer for a package deal.
If an offer is accepted the buyer will be able to checkout at the accepted offer amount. Offers remain valid until the item is purchased by the buyer, the buyer cancels the offer, or another buyer purchases the item first. Please note: Sales are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The first buyer to "checkout" will receive the item.
A Buyer has five (5) days to pick-up or ship their purchase. If the items are not picked up in this time-frame, the sale will be refunded - less a 25% restocking fee - and the item will again be for sale in the marketplace.
PAYMENTS
Payments made via PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card.
PICK-UP / SHIPPING
Items will be available to ship or pick-up following receipt of payment. All items are required to be picked up at the physical location where they are listed for sale, and within 5 days of payment. A buyer may arrange their own shipping or request a shipping quote from 1GNITE during check-out. Shipping contact information for each site will be provided on the purchase receipt.
